Vintage Underdog "From on Now 89'" Fan Made T-Shirt
Underdog were a hardcore band from New York, NY founded in the mid 80s. The band consisted of singer Richie Birkenhead, also of Youth Of Today and Into Another, andĀ bassist Russ Iglay with a rotating cast of guitarists and drummers. They formed out of the Numskulls, a short-lived NYHC band with no recordings, but quickly morphed into their own unique aesthetic,Ā pulling in all sorts of influences from skate punk to reggae. They released a 7" on New Beginnings in 1986 and their LPĀ Vanishing Point on Caroline in 1989, breaking up shortly after. Underdog have reunited several times since, including a notable performance at Posi Numbers Fest 2005. This vintage fanmade Underdog shirt from the 90s, in good condition with a few light marks, features the design from the band's 1989 From Now On tour.
