Sodom is a German thrash metal band founded in 1981. Whiplash is a trash metal band from New Jersey founded in 1984. In 1988, Sodom and Whiplash got together to tour, Sodom in support of their 1987 album Persecution Mania and Whiplash in support of their Ticket Of Mayhem album, also from 1987. The tour focused on Germany, but also included dates in Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. This original Sodom and Whiplash shirt, nicely worn in great condition, is from the bands' 1988 tour.
