Vintage Rage Against The Machine "Molotov Cocktail" T-Shirt

Rage Against The Machine are a band from Los Angeles, CA founded in 1991. After successful stints in various hardcore bands across California like Inside Out and Hard Stance, singer Zack De La Rocha started a new band with guitarist Tom Morello and a rhythm section comprised of Tom Commerford on bass and Brad Wilk on drums. They were quickly signed by major label Epic Records and released their debut self-titled LP in 1992. It went triple Platinum. They released three more albums, all of which won critical and commercial success. But the thing that was most important to the band was their politics. They were vocally left, supporting various causes and bringing up many important issues to the mainstream. They ended up breaking up in 2000 but have reunited twice, with their most recent reunion taking them up to the present day.
