Mudvayne are a nu metal band from Peoria, IL founded in 1996. After recording some EPs, the band notably created new personas for themselves by giving themselves stage names and painting their faces. This clearly worked, as their debut LP L.D. 50, which was released by Epic in 2000, was a Billboard topping album. Mudvayne has gone on to sell millions of records before splitting up in 2010. However, they got back together in 2021. This original Mudvayne shirt, nicely worn and faded, is from the same year they released their debut album L.D. 50.
