In 1991, Mike Ternasky left H-Street to start Plan B Skateboards. He brought some of the H-Street team with him. Plan B released their first videoĀ QuestionableĀ in 1992 which solidified their place as one of the best skateboard brands going. One of the standouts was San Francisco rider Mike Carroll. He was an EMB local who was stylishly technical. Eventually, Carroll and fellow Plan B rider Rick Howard left the company to start their own company: Girl.
