Ink & Dagger were a hardcore band from Philadelphia, PA. The band, which featured ex-members of Crud Is A Cult and Frail, was formed in the mid 90s in opposition to the status quo of hardcore at large. They were weird and creepy — they were vampires, after all. Led by Sean McCabe and Don Devore, Ink & Dagger had an ever-changing lineup that included members that would go on to be important underground musicians and comedians. In total, they released four 7" EPs, two splits, and two LPs, all on various labels. Their debut LP is entitled The Fine Art Of Original Sin and was released on Louisville, KY's Initial Records in 1998. This original Ink & Dagger shirt, in nicely worn and faded, is from the band's album The Fine Art Of Original Sin.
