Doom are a punk hardcore band from Birmingham, England founded in 1987. The band notably helped popularize crust punk, a genre and aesthetic that brought together anarcho punk politics with harsher and more chaotic sonics. They band originally broke up in 1990, after releasing two albums and multiple EPs. However, they reformed shortly thereafter in 1992 with a slightly different lineup and toured Japan on the annual Burning Spirits Tour. Since then, they have continued releasing music and save for another short break they have continued playing to this day, with some more lineup changes throughout. This original black Doom shirt, faded and in excellent condition, is from the band's 1992 tour in Japan.Ā
