Citizens Arrest are a hardcore band from New York founded in 1989 at the end of the second wave of NYHC. They were part of the crop of bands who played shows at then-new venue ABC No Rio. They released their debut 7" A Light In The Darkness and followed it up with  their album Colossus the following year. The band broke up shortly after but reunited in 2010 and have played and written new music intermittently since then. This vintage Citizens Arrest shirt, in excellent condition, is from the band's European tour.
